In order to comply with the provisions of Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, or the regulating Law 1581 of 2012, the UNIVERSIDAD CATâLICA DE COLOMBIA, held liable and/or responsible for personal data processing, reveals that personal data of our authors, members of the various committees and peer reviewers, are included in our databases; for the above-said and in compliance with current legislation, the University shall always ask your permission to use it, in order that in the development of its functions as an institution of Higher Education, especially those related to teaching, research, and extension, the Universidad Católica de Colombia may be able to gather, collect, store, use, circulate, delete, process, share, compile, handle, update, transmit and/or transfer it to third countries, and use the data you have provided and which have where into the databases of all types that rest in the University.
