Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that offers the public free access to research support to a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal is licensed by an Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International. For the CC licenses, the principle is the creative freedom. This system complements the copyright without opposing it, conscious of its importance in our culture. The content of the articles is the responsibility of each author, and does not compromise, in any way, to the journal or the university. 

You are free to:

  1. Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  2. Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material

The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Under the following terms:

  1. Attribution - You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  2. NonCommercial - You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

The journal does not charge fees for publishing an article (APCs)

RF&PE also adheres to DOAJ’s definition of open access.
