Abstract
This article, tries to provide an approximation to the existent tie between law, and the economic sciences. From the basis of a normative compilation, it explores the incidence that has the behavior of the market and it’s agents, in the production of norms, and at the same time, how the law field, establishes limits to the actions of the economic agents.
