Resumen
Los servicios ecosistémicos urbanos proporcionan
beneficios recreativos cuyo acceso está condicionado por
factores territoriales y económicos. Esta investigación
calcula el valor económico del sendero Quebrada La
Vieja (Bogotá) y analiza la autocorrelación espacial en
la distribución del bienestar recreativo. La metodología
se basa en el método de costo de viaje (MCV), modelos
de conteo (binomial negativo y Poisson) y econometría
espacial. Se aplicó una encuesta a 381 visitantes, selec-
cionados mediante muestreo estratificado de 47.816
usuarios. La dependencia espacial se midió con LISA y
el índice de Moran. Los resultados muestran una corre-
lación negativa significativa entre el costo de viaje y la
frecuencia de visitas; asimismo, el uso del automóvil y
el ingreso incrementan la demanda. El modelo binomial
negativo mostró el mejor ajuste, estimando un excedente
del consumidor de USD 6 por visitante y un beneficio
anual de USD 240.000. Se hallaron agrupaciones alto-
alto en Usaquén, Teusaquillo y Chapinero, y bajo-bajo
en zonas periféricas. El análisis espacial reveló una au
tocorrelación moderada (Moran’s I = 0,231; p < 0,01).
Se concluye que el bienestar recreativo urbano está condicionado por factores económicos, sociales y espaciales.
