Abstract
Con la publicación del segundo número de la revista Finanzas y Política Económica, la Facultad de Economía de la Universidad Católica de Colombia se complace en presentar a ustedes una serie de artículos que constituyen un producto y reflejo del dinamismo que la investigación ha adquirido en la Facultad. Para nosotros es de suma importancia incentivar el nuevo conocimiento, y propender por la divulgación del mismo en el ambiente académico.
