Abstract
El Gobierno, las instituciones y todos los ciudadanos, también deben generar una sinergia que contribuya al diseño de políticas que generen desarrollo de manera integral, es decir, desde todas las dimensiones que este abarca como: las económicas, sociales, culturales, ambientales, etc. De esta forma, será posible alcanzar la paz que toda la población colombiana anhela, de cara a un mundo que vive la encrucijada de la guerra, el desarrollo y los procesos de globalización y glocalización.
